Each video consists of progressive exercises designed to challenge you based on your unique fitness level. Whether you are new to exercise or a seasoned veteran, we have a video for you!
Before getting started, we encourage you to complete our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). The PAR-Q is a series of 7 questions related to your health history and physical activity status. The purpose of this questionnaire is to help identify any potential risk(s) associated with engaging in our exercise programs.
